Description: 1940s Kellogg 1000 "Red Bar" black bakelite wall telephone. Made of black bakelite, this phone is an wall version of the commonly known "Kellogg Red Bar" phone. This set has a red bakelite switch hook. The No 1000 was manufactured in Chicago. This phone is fully restored and in perfect working condition showing no signs of wear or use. The phone is equiped with a plastic modular back plate to be used on a standard wall mount jack.
